Quick and easy admission to Barclay College

You are required to demonstrate that you meet all the admission requirements for the program you are registered in.
You are required to bring all your documents and photo ID clearly stating your complete name and date of birth with you when you register.
Send in your complete application online.
When your admission eligibility is confirmed, you will get a conditional letter of acceptance from the college you have chosen for your further studies in Canada.
If you are paying for your education yourself, you can pay your yearly fee in advance in order to get your letter of acceptance from the college. If you are paying by student loan, please let our team know.
Ensure that you have medical coverage.

Apply for your area of study at Barclay College and submit the complete application form online.
Your application must include the following items:

Your choice for the program of study.
Educational documents/ transcripts
A copy of your passport biodata and photo pages.
A copy of your official IELTS score

We will send you a conditional letter of acceptance within two business days from the date we receive your complete application, which must include complete documentation.
Once you meet all the requirements outlined in your conditional letter of acceptance, your confirmation of acceptance will be issued and sent to you.
You can apply for your Canadian student visa once you receive your confirmation of acceptance from Barclay College.
As soon as your visa is approved, please send us a copy of the same through email.
If your visa request is refused, please send us a copy of refusal letter through email. We require the visa refusal letter for the initiation of refund process. Refunds are issued within 4 to 6 weeks of receiving and verifying the letter.
